    It frustrates me that there is in fact help for people who are genuinely homeless, but they tend to either not accept the help, or take it but don’t feel any inclination to improve their lives. Which is sad to say the least.

    • I’m really just commenting here on the disconnect between the worldviews and paradigms of these classes, the seeming futility of communication between them in a panhandling situation.
